Hiking Utah: Peek-a-Boo and Spooky slot canyons

 Peek-a-Boo and Spooky slot canyons

  @Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument

We had a trip in the summer of 2022 with friends on the Colorado plateau for two weeks, visiting five national parks and monument.  One of the highlights  is the trail passing through the peek-a-boo and spooky slot canyons.

How to reach there:

High-clearance vehicles would help with the washboards and rocks. A 26-mile drive  on Hole-in-the Rock Road, there is a turnoff to the left for the trailhead with a small parking lot. In summer, it is hot, and bring plenty of water with you.

Exploring these trails is exciting and exhausting, and it is for adults' who are physically fit and kids who like challenges.
